Cheese Factories of Lafayette County

Cheese factory historian Paul Vassalotti will give a program on the cheese factories of Lafayette County in the lower level meeting room of the LCHGS Museum. Lafayette County is known for award winning cheese makers and the interesting history will be complimented by refreshments from area cheesemakers.

Program is free and open to the public. Refreshments will be served.
